RDF is a source of heat energy material derived from shredding and dehydration of high combustible fractions of municipal solid waste through waste converter technology.

RDF largely consist of combustible materials such recovered textiles, plastics, paper and other bio -degradable waste. RDF (shredded, pulverized or pelletized) can be used as source of energy to fire kilns and furnaces in the cement industry.
