Collection and Sorting

Plastic waste is collected from various sources, including households, businesses, and waste management companies.
Waste is pre-sorted at collection points and further refined on-site at the ACARP facility.
Different plastic types (HDPE, PET, PP, etc.) are meticulously separated to ensure high-quality recycled pellets.

Size Reduction and Shredding

Washed plastic is shredded into smaller pieces using advanced machinery, facilitating further processing.

The size reduction optimizes surface area for subsequent steps and improves material consistency.

Extrusion and Palletisation

The purified molten plastic is extruded through precise dies, forming continuous strands of specific shapes and diameters.

These strands are cooled and cut into small, uniform pellets.

Washing and Decontamination

Collected plastic undergoes thorough washing to remove dirt, food residues, and other contaminants.
Powerful jets of water, combined with mild detergents, ensure no contaminants remain, adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Quality Control

Throughout the process, stringent quality control measures are implemented to ensure the pellets meet industry standards for purity, strength, and other critical properties.
